Nestled in the heart of the city, its location allowed easy access to iconic sites such as the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum, all within a leisurely walking distance. While the first room we were allocated was somewhat cramped and dated, the staff promptly facilitated a room change to a larger, more comfortable space with a splendid bathroom. The attentive front desk team deserves commendation for their customer service. I particularly appreciated having access to a terrace garden where breakfast was served—a simple but pleasant touch. Considering the high demand in peak season, the room rates appeared reasonable compared to similar accommodations in Dublin. I opted for the €6 breakfast option, which was basic yet sufficient for setting out on daily adventures. The Petris Hotel presents a reliable blend of comfort and convenience, making it a wise financial choice for those eager to explore Rome without straining their budget.
